Many of us believe that once we have survived life issues, challenges, and traumas we will then be ok. We believe that we can go on with life as if nothing ever happened. We expect that once we have survived, life will get back to normal. Unfortunately, this is not the case. When we do not address our life issues, challenges, and traumas, it can affect us mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
The healing process, which comes after surviving, affords us mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional liberation. The objective of healing is to discard all the debris that the storms of life left behind. Healing one’s trauma can be incredibly beneficial and is one of the most important things you can do.
