Application for Graduation
You must fill out and submit this form by the deadline for each term's graduation. The deadlines are as follows:
Spring - Deadline May 1st
Fall - Deadline October 1st
Winter - Deadline February 1st
Installment Agreement
If you will be paying your tuition in installments, you'll need to fill out this form, giving us permission to take money out of your account as you instruct in your directions.

Diploma of Ministry Student Goals
As you consider the work of ministry that God has intended for you to do, we urge you to set goals for your time here at Heritage Center. God has a call on your life. As we use the word “call” we are not only referring to those we often think of being called, such as preachers and pastors. When we refer to call, we are referring to what God wants to use your life for in the building of the kingdom of God and the making of disciples. There are no right answers to these questions. We simply supply these questions for your inward reflection and to prod you to consider where God may be leading you in God’s use of your life, gifts, skills, and abilities.
