Have you ever wondered why it has been difficult to reach your financial goals? This course will focus on how traumatic experiences impact our finances. Come and learn the historical background of money, the definition of trauma, traumatic symptoms, and how trauma shapes our relationship with how we view and spend money. Expect to participate in interactive activities and assignments that elicit self reflection and promote practical ways to change spending patterns.
